Welcome, to Inner Balance Pilates Barre' Studio. I’m happy you’ve made the choice of health and strength for your body. I’m confident that you will find Pilates and Pilates Barre' to be a rewarding experience and un-like any type of exercise you have done before.
I am Theresa Monsour, the owner of Inner Balance Pilates Barre' Studio and a Certified Instructor in the Pilates® Method. I currently hold certifications in the following Pilates® methods of instruction: Mat I and II, Stability Mini-ball, and Allegro Reformer/Pilate Studio I-VI, SCW Moms-In-Motion and Aqua H2O Group Exercise, Pilates Barre' Method, Pilates For Special Populations, and ACE-AFFA Certified since 1994, I have been studying the Pilates® method for years and have been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. I strive to make each client’s experience unique to their needs. In that spirit you will find attached a “menu” of choices we offer. Please note that in addition to a variety of class disciplines, durations, and times, there are 3 main tiers of instruction that can be described as:
A private session designed to provide a complete physical assessment of body alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as an introduction to the method and the equipment. The perfect place to start!
One-on-one sessions designed to provide private, quiet and valuable personal instruction that Is ideal for individuals with specific concerns or as a supplement to semi-private instruction.
These sessions can Include up to three students (see attached menu for pricing) to one instructor. This can also be the perfect environment for a couple to enjoy working out together- instructor rotates between clients working on their own individualized program.
